This line consists of high
efficient extruder, high torque gearbox, new type
groove barrel, LTM high efficient screw, high
extrusion, low melting temperature, realized
plastization with low temperature. This line is
assemble lattice or spiral mould. Two section
vacuum calibrating unit and spraying cooling
bath.
After changed some parts of this line,
equipped different mould, screw and accessory
parts, this line can produce PE, ABS, PE-RT and
PEX pipe etc.

Application:
This line is used for extrusion of PP-R, PEX or
PERT pipe.
PP-R pipe are non-toxic, heat-resistant, good
temperature protection features. This pipe can
easily welded by hot-melting and can be
recyclable.
PEX pipe have excellent temperature resistance
character.
PE-RT pipe does not need the cross-link
process, but it can be recyclable, easy operation
and anti-heating and stable
property. |
