This product is widely applicated
for automatic conveying powder or powder/granule
mixing in the industries
Such as plastic,
rubber,chemical,color,food,medicine and etc. The
filter property is excellent even for the mixing
material of CaCO3, and PVC in which the content of
CaCO3, is less than 50%. The conveying capacity is
from 200~1000kg/h.

The filter material this product
adopts is high in strength,efficient in cleaning
dust,in cleaning dust, low in pressure loss the
extended strength is higher than 12N/mm2.h.the
pressure loss is less than 350 Pa,when the filter
flow is about 2000~2500m3/m2 .h. ,while the
ordinary filter material isn't less than 350Pa
even the filter flow is 40~50m3/m2 .h.So the
filter efficiency this loader owned is difficult
to be reached by the ordinary ones.this product is
low in noise and high in work steady
performance.
